About the Role
As a Data Architecture Lead, you’ll lead and grow a team of skilled data architects to design, implement, and scale modern enterprise data solutions. You’ll define the organization’s data architecture strategy, ensuring our platforms are robust, secure, and future-ready. This role combines hands‑on technical leadership with strategic vision — shaping how data supports business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of data architects.
Define and execute the enterprise data architecture roadmap, including data warehouses, lakes, and streaming solutions.
Set and enforce data architecture standards, best practices, and governance principles.
Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategy into scalable data solutions.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to strengthen data capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture, including 4+ years in leadership.
Proven success designing large-scale enterprise data solutions (cloud, warehouse, streaming).
Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and programming (Python, Java, or Scala).
Deep knowledge of cloud data platforms (preferably GCP) and governance best practices.
Preferred: Experience with DataOps, data mesh/fabric, MLOps, and cloud certifications.
