Your mission
As an ITSM Quality & Compliance Officer, you’ll take the lead in elevating asset management & CMDB maturity while ensuring ITSM processes are fully aligned with major regulatory frameworks like ISO27001, DORA, NIS2 & Cyber Resilience Act .
You’ll work closely with governance, service management, and technical teams to drive quality, structure, and continuous improvement .

CMDB & Asset Management
* Design and implement the CMDB & asset management architecture
* Define roles, responsibilities & processes
* Align documentation with internal standards
Quality & Compliance
* Ensure ITSM processes are compliant with key frameworks
* Define KPIs & dashboards to track performance
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Asset Mapping
* Map business assets to IT components
* Ensure end-to-end traceability
Training & Awareness
* Deliver training sessions & create SOPs
* Drive adoption across stakeholders
⚙️ Automation & Improvement
* Identify automation opportunities
* Build roadmap & business cases for optimization
Your profile
Technical skills
* Master’s degree or equivalent experience
* ️ Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira SM, TOPdesk, OmniTracker, …)
* +5 years in IT support / ITSM environments
* Experience with BPMN / UML & process modelling
* Strong knowledge of ITIL V4 / USM
* KPI definition & dashboarding experience
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
* ✅ Audit & certification experience is a plus
