We are a vertically integrated presales studio. Our clients are real estate developers, luxury asset companies, and investment groups working on projects across the Western hemisphere. VEXOS is our platform product — a fully branded, data-driven presales environment that combines 3D visualization, buyer engagement tools, and lead intelligence. We define the strategy. You help us execute it.

🎯 The Role
The VEXOS Platform Manager supports the delivery and day-to-day management of VEXOS client deployments. You will work closely with our Visualization PMs, development team, and founder to keep projects on track and clients well-supported.
You are organized, communicative, and detail-oriented. You follow process, flag issues early, and represent the platform professionally to clients. You execute the vision — you don't set it.

✅ What You'll Be Responsible For
• Coordinating VEXOS project timelines alongside the Visualization PM
• Scheduling and running client onboarding and training calls using provided materials
• Managing client communication after delivery — answering questions, logging change requests, and escalating issues to the right internal person
• Keeping project trackers, onboarding checklists, and documentation up to date
• Following established delivery SOPs and flagging when something is off-track
• Supporting the creation of training materials, guides, and client-facing documentation as directed
• Being the day-to-day client contact for active VEXOS accounts

🔍 What We're Looking For
Experience
• 2–4 years in a client-facing coordination, account support, or digital project management role
• Experience working with SaaS platforms, creative tech, or digital products is a plus
• Background in real estate or luxury industries is a bonus, not a requirement
Skills
• Exceptional written and spoken English — you will be communicating with US-based executive clients daily
• Comfortable learning and navigating new software platforms quickly
• Able to explain digital tools clearly to non-technical users
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Responsive, professional, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
