But what can help you get one. At Team4Job, we believe that everyone deserves access to a meaningful job. Our vision? To build a more inclusive society, where every job seeker can find their place in the labour market, regardless of their background, age, gender or socio-economic situation. In practice, we offer a 6-month mentoring programme that connects a job seeker with a volunteer mentor who is professionally active. Together, they form a duo and meet regularly at the mentor’s workplace. Each duo is carefully created through a personalised matching process, based on the mentee’s needs and background. Our goal? To help mentees better understand the codes of the working world, develop their network, build confidence and make concrete progress in their job search. Since 2018, we have supported nearly 2,800 mentor-mentee pairs and helped create real professional opportunities.
