Project & Change Manager – Financial ERP (Hybrid – Charleroi)
We are looking for an experienced Project & Change Manager to lead both the operational delivery and organizational change management of a major Financial ERP transformation program.
This role combines project governance with change leadership to ensure successful implementation, strong stakeholder engagement, and user adoption across a large organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of the ERP transformation project
* Plan and monitor project milestones, deliverables, budgets, risks, and reporting
* Identify and resolve operational issues, risks, and project dependencies
* Define and execute the change management strategy aligned with project planning
* Analyze organizational impacts and identify affected business populations
* Develop and implement communication, training, and adoption plans
* Coordinate and support a network of change ambassadors and key stakeholders
* Monitor user adoption and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate closely with business, finance, and IT teams throughout the transformation journey
Required Skills & Experience
* 6–10 years of experience in:
o IT Project Management
o Change Management
o ERP implementation and transformation programs
* Strong expertise in:
o Business Process Management
o Risk Management
o Financial reporting and finance processes
o Large enterprise or public-sector environments
* Experience with major ERP platforms is highly desirable
* Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to combine structured project delivery with a people-oriented change approach

* French: Native or bilingual proficiency
