This is a key function within the team. The QA must liaise among internal and external stakeholders and the EU management team to ensure the highest possible quality standards. This position requires a high level of strategic thinking, as quality and performance are the most critical elements of our future strategy.

• Build and maintain real-time performance dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
2. Operational Anomaly Detection & Improvement
• Monitor and help operations analyze anomalies and bottlenecks at every node (warehousing, line-haul, customs, last-mile)
• Identify root causes of underperformance and develop actionable optimization plans
• Drive both system requirements and process optimization initiatives, tracking execution and measurable outcomes
3. Client-Centric Solution Design & Productization
• Understand and translate client-side requirements into structured service products
• Map system capabilities against ground operations to identify gaps and optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to land client-specific requirements as standardized service offerings
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & SLA Alignment

• Align SLA standards with ground-level operations, ensuring consistency across the full chain
• Leverage end-to-end operational experience and perspective to propose systemic improvement solutions
5. Performance Review & Strategic Reporting
• Organize and lead daily and weekly performance review meetings with cross-functional teams
• Proactively pre-alert clients on potential risks and clearly explain performance progress
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports for upper management, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
6. QA Strategy & Performance Improvement Planning
• Develop and implement QA strategies aligned with the company's long-term operational goals
• Design station-specific performance improvement plans (PIPs) and track their effectiveness
