Description de l'offre

Position Overview

For our EU Belgium Hub, we are looking for a QA (Quality Assurance) professional to control and streamline our end-to-end operational procedures and performance — from local gateway inbound through customs clearance, warehousing, line-haul trucking, and last-mile delivery — to better serve our clients.

This is a key function within the team. The QA must liaise among internal and external stakeholders and the EU management team to ensure the highest possible quality standards. This position requires a high level of strategic thinking, as quality and performance are the most critical elements of our future strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Quality Monitoring & Data Analysis

• Monitor and analyze quality control data across the full operational chain, from local gateway inbound to last-mile delivery (including home delivery, pickup point, and locker)

• Core KPIs include but are not limited to:

- SLA on-time delivery rate

- Extended delivery success rate

- Narrow delivery success rate

- On-time arrival and departure rates

- Customs inspection pass rates and clearance efficiency

- Data completeness and accuracy across all operational systems

• Build and maintain real-time performance dashboards to support data-driven decision-making

2. Operational Anomaly Detection & Improvement

• Monitor and help operations analyze anomalies and bottlenecks at every node (warehousing, line-haul, customs, last-mile)

• Identify root causes of underperformance and develop actionable optimization plans

• Drive both system requirements and process optimization initiatives, tracking execution and measurable outcomes

3. Client-Centric Solution Design & Productization

• Understand and translate client-side requirements into structured service products

• Map system capabilities against ground operations to identify gaps and optimization opportunities

• Collaborate with product and technology teams to land client-specific requirements as standardized service offerings

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & SLA Alignment

• Work closely with warehouse, line-haul transportation, last-mile delivery (DSP/LP), and customs teams

• Align SLA standards with ground-level operations, ensuring consistency across the full chain

• Leverage end-to-end operational experience and perspective to propose systemic improvement solutions

5. Performance Review & Strategic Reporting

• Organize and lead daily and weekly performance review meetings with cross-functional teams

• Proactively pre-alert clients on potential risks and clearly explain performance progress

• Prepare comprehensive performance reports for upper management, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

6. QA Strategy & Performance Improvement Planning

• Develop and implement QA strategies aligned with the company's long-term operational goals

• Design station-specific performance improvement plans (PIPs) and track their effectiveness

• Contribute to the formulation of the EU hub's strategic roadmap from a quality perspective

Job Requirements

1. Experience: 5–10 years in logistics, supply chain, or cross-border e-commerce operations. Overseas logistics background preferred.

2. Language Skills: Proficiency in two of the following three languages — Chinese, English, or French.

3. System & Product Experience: Hands-on experience with TMS, WMS, ERP, or OMS systems from an operations or product management perspective.

4. Stakeholder Influence & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence internal teams to reach quality targets with data-backed insights.

5. Structured Communication & Presentation: Ability to present data and findings systematically and compellingly.

6. Strategic Thinking: Able to formulate strategic plans based on daily operational observations.

7. Stakeholder Management & Emotional Intelligence: Strong stakeholder management with a client-facing mindset; high EQ essential.

8. Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL and Excel; data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience in a multicultural and matrixed organization
