Functieomschrijving
We are looking for experienced B1 and B2 engineers to maintain B737-400 and B737-800 aircraft in both line and heavy maintenance operations. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and on-time performance of the fleet, requiring hands-on expertise and quick decision-making in a highly regulated environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Perform line and base maintenance on B737 Classic and NG aircraft.
* Ensure aircraft are maintained to the highest safety and reliability standards.
* Communicate live aircraft status to the team and platform to support on-time operations.
* Work in compliance with strict regulatory and company procedures.
* Handle maintenance tasks during night shifts and specific operational waves.
Functie-eisen
* EASA Part-66 B1 or B2 license with B737 Classic or NG type rating.
* Experience in line/base maintenance on these aircraft types; knowledge of AMOS is an advantage.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle physical and mental stress.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
* Customer service mindset with strong results orientation.
* Fluent in English; EU work authorization required.
* Awareness of corporate culture and sensitivity.
* Can-do attitude and proactive approach.
Note: Candidates with FAA or other licenses and experience on B737 Classic/NG are encouraged to apply for non-licensed engineer positions.
