Job Summary
As a Demand Planner you will be responsible for leading the demand planning process for several EMEA countries. You will partner with 3–4 dedicated markets to develop deep regional insights. By collaborating closely with market leaders and account managers, you will translate commercial trends and promotional strategies into high-accuracy demand forecasts.

This role is pivotal for the development and maintenance of a reliable and accurate sales and operations planning (S&OP) process to support the business in its growth ambitions, to drive on-time delivery to customers and to improve cash-flow. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
The Demand Planner will be part of the Planning team within the KitchenAid EMEA Supply Chain. This position will lead the demand planning process for several EMEA sales offices and collaborate with key stakeholders across EMEA to ensure optimal inventory levels, to support growth by facilitating gap-closing decision-making and to drive operational efficiency.

Demand Planning: Develop and maintain a rolling demand forecast (short, medium, long-term) based on sales history, statistical forecasting models, marketing plans, promo plans and market trends. Build commercial intelligence to support Sales teams and Category Managers in bridging gaps with business targets.
S&OP: Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings with Sales teams and Category Management, prepare inputs and drive the alignment towards a commonly agreed and signed-off demand plan.
Communication: Communicate and present the latest demand outlook and gaps with target to management, highlighting key insights and opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on key metrics like forecast accuracy and bias, driving continuous improvement. Analyze sales trends, market conditions, customer behavior, promotions and external factors impacting demand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, logistics and other departments across EMEA to gather inputs and align forecasts with business plans.
Process Automation: Identify opportunities and develop solutions to automate manual supply chain planning tasks, such as data collection, report generation, and forecast updates.
System Evolution: Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and optimize planning systems and tools.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Finance, Category managers and Sales Market leaders across EMEA.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
Proven experience in a supply chain, demand planning, or business analysis role.
Proficiency in planning tools and systems such as SAP, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), Google Sheets and/or BI platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with planning software (e.g. SAP IBP) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across different departments.
Proficiency in English, and knowledge of any additional European language is a plus.

Additional Information
The Demand Planner will report to the S&OP Manager and will be based at the KitchenAid EMEA headquarters in Grimbergen, Flanders, Belgium.
