About the Role
We are looking for a Platform Support Engineer to join a growing Internal Developer Platform team supporting business-critical cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.
This role focuses on platform stability, operational excellence, and incident management within a modern Azure-based platform ecosystem.
This is an opportunity to join a newly formed operational support function within an established engineering organisation, with strong collaboration, mentoring, and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot Azure and Kubernetes-related issues
* Ensure platform availability, stability, and operational performance
* Monitor platform health, observability, and alerting systems
* Perform root cause analysis across infrastructure and Kubernetes environments
* Proactively identify risks and issues before they impact users
* Support internal development teams during onboarding and platform migrations
* Collaborate closely with engineering and delivery teams
* Contribute to operational improvements, documentation, and support processes

* Comfortable working in operational and support-focused environments
* Ability to take ownership of incidents and drive resolution
* Confident communicator who can work across technical teams
* Technically curious and motivated to learn new technologies
* Comfortable challenging ideas constructively and defending platform standards
Technical xphnsxz Skills
* Professional experience with Microsoft Azure environments
* Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container platforms
* Experience troubleshooting Kubernetes-based environments
* Experience configuring and supporting cloud infrastructure
* Understanding of development workflows and modern software delivery practices
Nice to Have
* GitHub Actions experience
* CI/CD pipeline knowledge
* DevOps tooling and automation exposure
* Experience with monitoring and observability tooling
