Imagine leading the coordination of cybersecurity actions that safeguard our systems and ensure organizational resilience.
This role involves overseeing key cyber security initiatives, tracking progress, creating reports, and ensuring timely project completion.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across IT and business functions and report directly to the CISO.
Your primary responsibilities include:
* Managing cyber security programs and projects: planning, scheduling, and monitoring milestones
* Tracking and closing security actions: assigning owners, following up on progress, removing blockers, and ensuring timely completion
* Developing and maintaining reporting: reporting regularly, creating dashboards, risk registers, and executive summaries
* Compiling risk and control evidence: collecting artifacts, validating improvements, and preparing audit support materials
* Communicating transparently with stakeholders: CISO, security team, IT, and business owners
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in cyber security, information technology, computer science, or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in cyber security project management, governance, or operations
* Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, Office 365)
* Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or CIS Controls is a plus
* Strong program/project management skills (planning, scheduling, risk management, issue resolution)
* Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders
* Experience in team-oriented and collaborative environments, while taking initiative as a dynamic self-starter
* Ability to proactively solve problems and improve processes
* Resilience and adaptability in changing environments
* Ability to communicate assertively and ensure actions are followed through
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams
