The team has raised CHF 3M pre-seed and is assembling the core team.Job DescriptionArqh is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Remote, EU) to build the end-to-end product experience around their engine. You’ll work across React/TypeScript frontends, Python services, data stores, and cloud infrastructure—turning complex planning & routing problems into clean, fast, reliable tools that dispatchers love.This is a high-ownership role in a small team: you’ll ship production features end-to-end and help shape how the product is built.LocationRemote (Europe) — fully remote, with core hours around CET. (You must be EU-based or able to work full-time aligned with EU time zones.)What You’ll DoShip end-to-end features: from UX components to APIs, data models, and deploymentsBuild and evolve the web app with a focus on usability, clarity, and performanceWork across MongoDB / Cosmos DB / SQL to model, query, and optimize real workloadsUse pub-sub / event-driven patterns for real-time dashboards and system visibilityLeverage Redis for caching, queues, and low-latency coordinationOwn code quality, testing, CI/CD, and observability • Collaborate with product, ops, and customers to turn workflows into intuitive UIs and robust systemsWhat We’re Looking For5–10 years of full-stack experience shipping production systemsExperience building data-heavy dashboards, internal tools, or B2B SaaSStrong React + TypeScript (hooks, state, component architecture)Solid database experience: MongoDB / Cosmos (NoSQL) and SQL (schemas, joins, migrations, performance basics)Experience with pub-sub / messaging (Kafka, SNS/SQS, Service Bus, Pub/Sub, etc.)Working knowledge of Redis (caching, sessions, queues)Cloud & containers: Docker, Docker Compose, plus familiarity with Kubernetes conceptsStrong engineering foundations: testing, reviews, CI/CD, monitoring, loggingHigh-ownership, low-ego mindset; fluent/advanced EnglishBased in the EU (or able to work EU time zones full-time)Big PlusMobile dev (React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android)Python backend experience (APIs, services, data layer)Strong design/UX sensibility (design systems, Figma, typography)Experience in remote-first or async-oriented teamsHow You WorkPragmatic engineering: simple first, measurable improvements alwaysTight feedback loops with customers and ops—you see impact fastSmall team, high ownership, high trust—you help shape stack and standardsRemote-first in Europe, with core hours around CETWhy This RoleHigh ownership + real impact: help shape the product foundations of a fast-growing companyWork directly with founders and researchersFully remote within the EU + support for home office / co-working setup • Competitive compensation
