**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. As the right-hand person to the Principal, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing their diary, arranging appointments and meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on requests.
You will also be in charge of preparing and sending internal and external correspondence, coordinating projects and tasks delegated by the Principal, and hosting visitors in liaison with the Principal. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Leadership Team and other forums convened by the Principal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and manage the Principal's diary
* Arrange appointments and meetings
* Prepare and send internal and external correspondence
* Coordinate projects and tasks delegated by the Principal
* Host visitors in liaison with the Principal
* Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team and other forums
