As part of the Management Team of the Digital Content Services team, you play a key role in the growth of the Content Services business with focus on Client, Talent and Firm.
You manage, coach, and monitor client service teams on multiple engagements in a wide variety of industries and build long-term relationships with clients.
Proposal writing and business development comes very natural to you.
Deliver exceptional client service, maximize results and drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders
You manage, develop, train and mentor the supervised teams and assess their performance
You participate in strategy and brainstorm sessions on innovative service offerings, based on your knowledge of and experience with potential client demands.
You understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, align people to objectives and set priorities and direction
Let’s talk about you
1. You have a profound knowledge of Document Management Solutions and at least 8 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Content Management.
2. You have similar experience in a Consulting firm.
3. Languages requirements: You are fluent English in addition to Dutch or French
4. You have a master's degree, and studies in economics or engineering are considered a plus.
5. You are a capable networker who has built relationships with procurement professionals in other organizations.
6. You have a desire to deliver top quality service to clients.
7. You have a strategic vision for the long-term growth and development of the team and firm.
8. You are hands-on, results-oriented and quality-driven with outstanding analytical skills.
9. You have the ability to influence clients, teams, and individuals positively, you lead by example and establish confident relationships with increasingly senior people
