We bring together deep technological expertise and customer-centric services to help our clients build and manage modern, efficient, and innovative IT environments.About the RoleTo further accelerate our growth and strengthen our customer partnerships, WESTPOLE is looking for a talented and ambitious Technology and Managed Services Account Manager.In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing key client relationships, and promoting WESTPOLE’s managed services and technology solutions. You’ll work with mid-market and enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor and helping them navigate the complexity of today’s IT landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise clients across BelgiumIdentify and develop new business opportunities within existing accountsSell a range of technology solutions and managed services, tailored to customer needsBuild long-term relationships with key stakeholders (IT, procurement, business leaders)Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignmentNegotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreementsMeet and exceed sales targets and KPIsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitorsProfile & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field3 years’ experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in technology, IT services, or managed servicesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales approachesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in Dutch or French, with professional EnglishWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentive.Company car and full benefits packageFlexible working environment (hybrid model)Ongoing training and career development opportunitiesA dynamic and international team culture in a large international group
