Your Impact
In this role, you will be the quality expert ensuring that our distribution partners operate with full compliance, efficiency, and alignment with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and medical device regulations. You’ll be at the intersection of quality, logistics, and regulatory — playing a vital role in safeguarding product integrity across the entire supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Distributor Management
– Evaluate, onboard, and manage distributors to ensure compliance and regulatory standards.
🔹 Quality System Oversight
– Lead quality audits, validations, and compliance activities across the distribution network.
– Maintain and improve the effectiveness of Quality System.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure compliant product handling, storage, transportation, and traceability.
🔹 Documentation & Reporting
– Maintain thorough and organized records: quality agreements, audits, CAPAs, metrics, and risk assessments.
🔹 Issue Management
– Investigate non-conformances and lead CAPA implementation to prevent recurrence.
🔹 Stakeholder Engagement
– Be the primary contact for distributor quality inquiries, offering expert guidance and support.
🔹 Continuous Improvement
– Track KPIs and drive quality improvements within the distribution landscape.
🔹 SOP & Audit Support
– Support the development of SOPs and represent QA during internal and external audits.
About You
✔ A degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or a related field
✔ Experience in the medical device industry or another regulated environment
✔ Knowledge of GDP, ISO 9001/13485, EU MDR/IVDR
✔ Strong background in risk management, root cause analysis, CAPA, and audits
✔ Exposure to logistics/distribution operations is a strong plus
✔ Strong communicator — able to influence and collaborate across functions and with external partners
✔ Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized
✔ Proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
