Technical Lead EngineerWe are looking for a Technical Lead Engineer to lead and coordinate the installation of electromechanical modules at client sites, with a strong focus on piping systems and associated equipment. As the on-site technical reference, you ensure quality execution, issue resolution, and team support. Experience in a Data Center environment is a strong asset.
ResponsibilitiesBe the main on-site technical reference for piping installations, industrial piping, and related electromechanical equipmentCoordinate and supervise the assembly and integration of modules according to plans, quality and safety standards.Provide technical leadership to installation teams and subcontractorsIdentify, analyze, and quickly resolve on-site technical issues.Provide support during critical incidents and propose pragmatic solutionsTrain and support client teams on the assembly and operation of modulesEnsure compliance with deadlines, costs, and client requirements
ProfileEngineer in electromechanics, mechanical or electrical engineeringProven experience in the installation of piping systems, industrial piping, metal structures, and technical equipment on siteExperience coordinating field teams or subcontractorsStrong skills in technical problem solving and operational managementLeadership, autonomy, and organizational skillsExcellent communication skillsFluent English required (French is a plus)Experience in Data Center or critical infrastructure environments is a major asset
