Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Part-Time – 20 Days)
Duration: ASAP – 31/12/2025 (Part-time, 1 day/week)

Mission Summary:
We are looking for a certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support the evolutionary maintenance of an existing implementation. The consultant will work closely with internal teams to configure, optimize, and ensure the ongoing integration and reporting capabilities of the SAP SuccessFactors suite, focusing primarily on Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and People Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and enhance the configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Recruiting Marketing modules.
* Support and evolve People Analytics (reporting) functionalities within the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
* Ensure the proper functioning and evolution of interfaces between SAP ECC (Rise) and SAP SuccessFactors People Profile.
* Collaborate closely with the internal SAP SuccessFactors Functional Analyst.
* Guarantee compliance with internal standards and contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
* Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (Associate level).
* Experience: Minimum of 3 full implementation cycles of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management.
* Strong knowledge of:
o Recruiting Marketing
o People Analytics
* Experience in SAP HR / HCM is highly valued.
* Proficient in system configuration and interface maintenance.
