Lileo is a Brussels-based startup offering an innovative connected breast pump rental serviceand its dedicated mobile app.An AI agent is already in place to support users. We are now looking for an engineering student tohelp us improve the agent’s intelligence and design a new system for collecting feedback.
Internship Scope
You will work on:
* Enhancing the AI agent’s ability to respond proactively, based on pump usage data
* Defining when and how to trigger relevant, timely feedback prompts
* Designing a post-use feedback workflow (from short surveys to contextual openquestions)
This project is key to increasing personalization, product understanding, and user satisfaction.
