We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join a growing consulting team in Brussels, supporting banks on regulatory reporting implementation and transformation projects. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end implementations of regulatory reporting frameworks, including COREP (credit risk), LCR, NSFR, and FINREP, within complex banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver regulatory reporting implementation and remediation projects for banking clients
* Work on reporting frameworks including COREP (Credit Risk), FINREP, LCR, and NSFR
* Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications and reporting processes
* Support implementation of regulatory reporting tools and data flows
* Participate in testing phases (UAT, parallel runs) and support go-live activities
* Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and IT teams
* Contribute to process improvement and regulatory change initiatives
Required Profile
* 4+ years of experience in regulatory reporting within banking or consulting
* Strong knowledge of COREP (Credit Risk), FINREP, LCR, and/or NSFR
* Proven experience in regulatory reporting implementations (systems, data, processes)
* Solid understanding of banking regulatory frameworks
* Strong analytical and documentation skills
* Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a strong advantage
