Key Responsibilities
* Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Rust-based applications
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
* Participate in code reviews and learn best practices from senior developers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions
* Debug and fix software issues under the guidance of mentors
* Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
* Degree, diploma, or completed courses in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
* Understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
* Basic knowledge of Rust or willingness to learn Rust intensively
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills in English or German
* Located in Germany/Willingness to relocate to Germany
