About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
Scrum Master
to support a major
EU institution based in Leuven
. In this role, you will guide agile teams, ensure smooth delivery processes, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
While the position is
primarily remote
, candidates must be located
within two hours of Leuven
to support occasional onsite meetings and team activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
* Coach teams in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization.
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain well-defined backlogs.
* Work with cross-functional teams to identify and remove blockers.
* Promote transparency, communication, and high-quality delivery within teams.
* Drive continuous improvement across processes and team performance.
Required Qualifications
* Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification or CSM
* Strong practical experience applying Scrum in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
* Experience working with distributed teams.
