* You help deploy the Engineering Excellence Roadmap across manufacturing, development, research, and facilities.
* You drive change management initiatives with stakeholders to promote new ways of working.
* You coordinate the Technical Review process to foster innovation and elevate engineering practices.
* You deploy decommissioning guidelines across the different sites.
* You lead handover process maturity assessments for our delivery projects.
* You enhance connections between global physical asset Management departments for process alignment and deployment.
What are we looking for?
* You have a minimum of
5 years of experience
in the pharmaceutical/biologics/medical device manufacturing industry.
* You possess experience in
Engineering Excellence processes
.
* You have a background in
project/program management
.
* You demonstrate strong leadership capabilities in a matrix environment.
* You are skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
* You can effectively manage stressful situations and drive issue resolution.
* You have excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence others.
* You exhibit superb communication and networking skills to build internal and external networks.
* You can communicate effectively with diverse levels from field engineers to executive directors.
