Join to apply for the Responsable commercial B2B – Alimentation durable role at No Waste Republic.

No Waste Republic gives a second life to surplus bread by transforming it into quality breadcrumbs and panko. We create industrial-scale partnerships with bakeries to reduce food waste. Our mission is to turn surplus bread into high value-added ingredients for the food industry. Launched with startup studio BeeFounders, No Waste Republic is building a circular food system — one crumb at a time.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Responsable commercial B2B – Alimentation durable, based in Brussels. You will play a key role in expanding our B2B activities and implementing our marketing strategy. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll be in charge of developing our customer portfolio, managing the full sales cycle, and driving growth in a fast-moving circular food start-up.

Your missions include:

* Business Development: Identify, prospect, and convert new B2B customers (producers, restaurateurs, distributors, processors) via events, listings, and digital prospecting tools.
* Customer Follow-up: Ensure post-sale satisfaction, build loyalty, and maintain accurate CRM tracking in Odoo.
* Marketing Strategy: Co-develop and execute inbound/outbound campaigns, newsletters, events, and social media content (LinkedIn & Instagram).
* Reporting: Define and track KPIs to guide commercial and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

* Experience in B2B sales and building client relationships
* Excellent command of French and Dutch (minimum B2); English is a strong plus
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of marketing funnels and acquisition strategies (organic & paid)
* Proficiency with CRM tools (ideally Odoo) and digital prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, email automation)
* Knowledge of marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business, Mailchimp, etc.)
* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
