MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide electrical services and perform maintenance, repairs, and replacements on all relevant systems, infrastructure, and equipment in the locality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
* Perform technical jobs within the locality
* Perform administration duties within the technical function
* Identify and mitigate technical risks within the locality
* Coordinate work performed by on-site contractors within the locality
* Maintain client and stakeholder relations within the technical function
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
NQF level 4 Electrical qualification with compulsory subjects:
Mathematics, Science or Industrial Electronics, Electro-technology or equivalent and Trade test certification: Electrical (3-phase) with Wireman's licence (Installation Electrician 3-phase) or equivalent Namibian registration (when applicable)

If registered Installation Electrician 3-phase: more than 5 years' experience

More than 3 years' of Mediclinic electrical experience
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
* Maintenance and repair of electrical systems
* Test equipment and devices
* Heating and air conditioning systems
* Fault finding and troubleshooting
* Electrical regulations and guides
* Alarm Panels, IT Networks & Communication Systems
* Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (e.g. OHS and ISO)
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
* Knowledge of Planned Maintenance Systems
* Mentoring of technical team members
