Project Director Position You will be responsible for the overall management of projects from inception to delivery.
Define and validate project scope
Develop project planning and ensure it is aligned with organizational objectives
Track project budget and identify areas for cost optimization
Monitor and mitigate risks and issues
Ensure quality in project deliverables
Prepare progress reports and propose solutions to problems
Identify and schedule project resource needs
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status
Promote a culture of change and continuous improvement
As a Project Director, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the project, from initial client request to final delivery of the solution.
You have between 5-10 years' experience in Project Management or Program Management. Your skills include: MS Project, Clarity, Jira, SAP; meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality results; effective communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and French, with a good knowledge of Dutch.
Bonus points if you hold a certification in Prince 2 or PMI or Agile methodologies, or have experience in banking-insurance, transport, or telecom sectors.
