About this Position The Manager Market and Application Development will be reporting to the Senior Manager Market and Application. The Manager Market and Application Development is responsible for operationalization of the vision, strategy, and roadmap of Henkel Infrastructure Protection & Repair (IPR) and portfolio to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (including engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to phase in/out products that meet market needs and our strategic portfolio goals. The role interfaces between sales, innovation and operation teams to gather and analyze customer feedback, portfolio trends, and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions. This role works closely with our Sales, Supply Chain, Product Development and Marketing teams to efficiently manage product and portfolio lifecycle and ongoing management for the ACM Infrastructure Protection & Repair Business.
