GEA Process Engineering is working in exclusivity with Bakker & Partners in the search for a Product Manager Digital Services. GEA Process Engineering is a global technology leader in the development and manufacturing of advanced process equipment for the pharmaceutical industry, with two specialized sites in Belgium (Wommelgem & Halle) focusing on oral solid dosage (OSD) forms. To support its digital transformation, GEA is hiring a Product Manager Digital Services who will drive the development, implementation and scaling of new digital service offerings. YOUR ROLE As Product Manager Digital Services, you will play a key role in shaping and expanding GEA’s digital service portfolio for the Pharma Solid Dosage business line. You will lead the product lifecycle from idea to implementation, working on cutting-edge solutions such as the GEA Customer Portal, e-catalogue platforms, and data-driven services (Insight Partner). You will work closely with stakeholders across Belgium and Germany, as well as customers and external technology partners. Your key responsibilities include: Defining the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for digital services. Driving the development and roll-out of digital tools and platforms. Engaging internal and external stakeholders to ensure adoption and continuous improvement. Translating customer needs into service solutions that bring value to the business. Analyzing market trends and identifying innovation opportunities. Supporting change management and promoting a digital mindset within the service organization. This is a highly visible and impactful role within a growing international team that is central to GEA’s digitalization ambitions. Your main work locations are Wommelgem and Halle. Occasional travel to Germany or other sites may be required. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for an entrepreneurial and customer-focused product manager with a digital mindset and strong communication skills. You have: A Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in product management of digital services or platforms, preferably in a B2B environment. Affinity with industrial technology and/or the pharmaceutical sector is a plus. Experience with IIoT, e-commerce, data platforms or digital service models is an advantage. A proactive attitude with a drive to make things happen. Strong interpersonal skills to connect with people across cultures and functions. Fluent English skills; Dutch and/or German are assets. Flexibility to work across both Belgian sites and travel occasionally.
