We're currently looking for a motivated Availability Planner to join our team at Tosca in Schelle (Antwerp), offering you a great opportunity to step into a dynamic logistics environment!
YOUR CHALLENGEYou maintain close contact with Service Centers to monitor available stock, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate visibility across the network.You collaborate closely with the planning team to prioritize the right asset movements, preventing shortages while keeping the pool in balance.You monitor pool imbalances and take proactive, cost‐optimized actions.You ensure on‐time and in‐full assignments to guarantee operational continuity and deliver an excellent service level to customers.
YOUR PROFILEYour motivation, ability to learn and your passion for Transportation and Logistics is more important than experience.Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.You are well organized, and you take care of your administration in a transparent and efficient way.You show initiative and you have a healthy level of self-confidence.You have thorough knowledge of the MS Office applications with a focus on Excel.You are an enthusiastic team player, and you bring a positive attitude to the entire Tosca team.
