More information on Apheon’s activities, people and values can be found in the “working at Apheon” video (link).The Apheon Brussels office is looking for a Receptionist & Office Manager. The office is located in the Blue Tower (Avenue Louise) and is well connected for commuting purposes (tramway, bus,...).Job DescriptionThe main activities and responsibilities will be:Organizing meetings (including planning and updating schedules), arranging and preparing meeting rooms (e.g. connection with VC)Organizing and tracking travel for visitors from Belgium and abroad (hotels, trains, flights, transfers, parking, etc.)Welcoming and interacting with incoming visitors (i.e. investors, board members, advisors, entrepreneurs,...)Managing incoming calls for the Brussels office switchboardLiaising with internal staff at all levels and across all regionsOverseeing office supplies and general office managementHandling facility-related issues (i.e. printers, small repairs with the property manager, etc.)Organizing office daily lunches, events and celebrationsManaging subscriptions for the parking, gym,...Scanning and filing of documentsOther ad hoc tasks as neededEducation and ExperienceThe ideal candidate would have a bachelor in the hospitality sector or a relevant experience in hotels, HoReCa or tourism activitiesLanguage: perfect knowledge of English, French, and DutchProficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office SuiteKey CompetenciesExcellent presentation and capacity to interact with C-levelsOutstanding organizational, communication and planning skillsService-minded and flexibleInterested?
