Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader, you drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the enterprise software space. You work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using SAP’s suite of products.
Your Primary Responsibilities Include
* Drive New Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging industry trends and competitive insights.
* Deliver Solution‑Based Selling: Conduct needs assessments and provide solution‑based selling, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and end‑to‑end customer experience.
* Ensure Seamless Implementation: Deliver high‑quality project implementations, ensuring customer satisfaction and strong adoption of SAP solutions.
* Grow Existing Relationships: Manage and expand existing customer relationships, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase SAP’s footprint.
* Stay Industry‑Current: Remain up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and SAP’s product roadmap to maintain a competitive edge.
