Hologic is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E2E Planning Manager for EMEA to join our IBP & Planning team, responsible for the end-to-end planning management of one of our business units. This is a crucial role that will take the lead in coordinating, reviewing, and ultimately consolidating regional demand forecasts to ensure an effective and predictable Sales & Operations (SOP) process. Additionally, the E2E Planning Manager for EMEA will continuously improve the sourcing of products, analyse supply performance and costs, and drive improvements and sustainability in accuracy, availability, and inventory coverage. This role plays a critical part in enabling improved day-to-day operation and supply chain alignment. What to Expect
* Lead demand management activities for each monthly S&OP cycle, coordinating forecasts, analyzing customer and product trends, and driving improvements in forecast accuracy and reliability.
* Develop and present monthly KPI packages, scenario plans, and clear documentation of assumptions and market shifts.
* Facilitate Regional Demand Reviews and Executive S&OP meetings, working cross-functionally with teams in Marketing, Product/R&D, Finance, and Sales to enhance planning and forecast accuracy.
* Provide analytical support to improve S&OP data reporting, escalate barriers and project status to senior stakeholders, and support the implementation of enabling software and tools.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by partnering with Commercial, Supply, Quality, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
* Mitigate risks of obsolescence and minimize write-offs, ensuring compliance with quality and financial responsibilities.
* Manage and develop a team of Supply Planners, offering coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities.
What We Expect
* A results-oriented manager with strong expertise in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and S&OP principles.
* Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis.
* Advanced technical proficiency in operations/manufacturing systems (S&OP/MRP), Oracle ERP, and Kinaxis RR Planning software (preferred).
* Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across functions and with external partners.
* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field, and the ambition to grow within our team.
* Proficiency in English is essential.
* Demonstrated work ethic, proactive ownership, and positive attitude contributing to a collaborative environment.
* Proven ability to prioritize and consistently meet deadlines.
