What You’ll Be Doing
* Learn by doing: Support the full project lifecycle—from pitch to handover—with increasing autonomy as you grow.
* Boost our sales game: Help prepare compelling presentations and proposals that win over clients.
* Team up: Collaborate with project managers, interior architects, and other experts to align resources and timelines.
* Get involved in RFPs: Assist in preparing documentation and evaluating contractor proposals.
* Be on-site: Attend site meetings and help coordinate architectural and technical fit-out works.
* Support construction: Help supervise renovation and new-build activities under the guidance of a senior colleague.
* Smooth handovers: Ensure clients are ready to move in and make the most of their new space.
* Track progress: Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards—with support from your mentor.
* Communicate clearly: Keep stakeholders informed and learn how to manage expectations like a pro.
Qualifications
What You Bring
* Education: Degree in Architecture, Civil or Industrial Engineering (Construction or Electromechanics).
* Experience: Around 2 years in a relevant role (e.g., construction, engineering, or project coordination).
* Technical Know-how: Solid understanding of building systems (HVAC, electricity, sanitary).
* Languages: Dutch and French, with working proficiency in English.
Your Superpowers
* Eager to learn and grow in project management.
* ️ Strong communicator and highly organized.
* ♂️ Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Comfortable with MS Office; basic AutoCAD skills
* Passionate about sustainability and green certifications (BREEAM, WELL, LEED).
