Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the firm.
* Collaboration: Work closely with sales leads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet their requirements.
* Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and contribute to innovative strategies to attract top talent.
* Multilingual Communication: Utilize fluency in Dutch, French, and English to effectively communicate with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, including key metrics and insights to inform decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a consulting firm.
* Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch or French, and English is essential.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed recruitment decisions.
