Warehouse Operations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Liège, Belgium. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.
Responsibilities:
* Transfer raw materials to various departments as needed to support ongoing operations
* Prepare and stage raw materials and necessary equipment for safe and efficient entry into the production area
* Transport and organize finished products for delivery to the warehouse, ensuring accurate placement and documentation
* Manage the movement of goods between internal and external shops, including both outgoing and incoming transfers
* Conduct thorough checks and inspections of all products received in the shop during unloading to ensure quality and accuracy
* Oversee the proper management, safe storage, and handling of hazardous chemicals in compliance with safety regulations
* Maintain accurate records of all incoming documents, ensuring they are properly logged and filed for traceability
* Monitor and support the implementation of training modules, ensuring all procedures and guidelines are effectively followed
* Actively participate in regular inventory checks to support accurate stock control and reporting
* Contribute to the general maintenance, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse to promote a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements:
* Training in the use of a stacker is considered an asset
* Basic computer skills are an advantage
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an asset
* Ability to work well as part of a team, perform tasks quickly and efficiently, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and organization
* Organized, detail-oriented, rigorous, and adaptable with a high level of flexibility
* French language proficiency is required
