We're looking for a IT Coordinator to support the coordination of IT services, field operations, and supplier performance. This role involves tracking service quality, managing assets, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across teams and partners.
Key responsibilities
Service delivery & support coordination
Coordinate IT support and field activities across various internal teams
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and follow up on recurring issues
Manage Hardware inventories and asset tracking
Contribute to problem management and identify gaps in service
Supplier coordination & quality monitoring
Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and business requirements
Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and address any service-related issues
Provide clear guidance to internal teams and suppliers on processes and expectations
Support onboarding or training initiatives related to procedures
Process monitoring & improvement
Collect and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost or efficiency gains
Propose and implement improvements to enhance service quality and reduce operational friction
Work with stakeholders to roll out process updates and monitor their impact
Keep process documentation (e.g. SOPs) accurate and up to date
Requirements
Proven experience in IT support, field operations, or service coordination, especially with Hardware and asset management
Familiarity with supplier management and performance monitoring frameworks
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while managing cross-functional collaboration
Fluent in French and Dutch
