Required Skills
* Proven experience in category management or strategic sourcing
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to develop and implement effective category strategies
* Proficiency in procurement tools and MS Office suite
* Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
Nice To Have Skills
* Experience within the transport, distribution, or utilities sectors
* Knowledge of Belgian market regulations and suppliers
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Preferred Education And Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in category management or procurement roles
* Prior experience working in global or multi-national organizations
Other Requirements
* On-site or hybrid working arrangements, with 2 days per week on-site
* Must have own laptop and be comfortable working a VDI environment (no equipment provided)
* Ability to start immediately or at short notice
