In this role, you combine strategic vision with operational excellence. You translate the financial strategy of the Business Area into concrete actions that enhance efficiency, data quality, and decision-making. You lead the financial consolidation processes, ensuring that all data from the various divisions and operational entities is accurately analyzed and reported.
You develop and implement a clear vision for the Business Area Finance organization, including well-defined KPIs to measure and continuously improve process effectiveness. You take the lead in driving the digital transformation of our financial operations, implementing new systems and tools to automate data flows, optimize workflows, and accelerate reporting.
In addition, you lead initiatives related to AI and advanced analytics, using these technologies to strengthen financial insights, forecasting, and operational efficiency. You collaborate closely with IT and data teams to embed innovative, data-driven solutions into the daily finance operations.
You are responsible for overseeing strategic projects related to data integration, automation, and digital finance, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery in alignment with business objectives. As a people leader, you inspire, coach, and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. You build strong relationships with divisional controllers, business partners, and IT colleagues to align financial processes and data strategies across the organization.

1. Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
2. 8–10 years of experience in financial consolidation, reporting, or financial analysis
3. Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role, ideally within a multinational or complex organization
4. Proven experience with financial consolidation systems and reporting tools
5. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial standards, and data governance
6. Experience leading digital transformation or AI-driven finance initiatives
7. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
