WiZiU is the Covivio group's hotel management platform. Our business is to manage hotels in France and Belgium, either directly or through franchise agreements with renowned operators such as Accor, Hilton, IHG and Marriott. WiZiU is involved in every stage of a hotel's management and operation. We firmly believe that aligning the interests of all stakeholders (staff, customers, operators, partners and owners) is the best way to create value.
WiZiU Belgium manages 13 hotels, expanding to 14, operating under 3 to 4 stars brands.

Your Mission
As a General Manager, you manage the daily leadership and direction of the hotel. You are responsible for maximizing sales and revenue, ensuring guest satisfaction, leading the hotel team and maintaining brand standards.
People Management
* Develop programmes and initiatives to increase team engagement
* Support team development and succession planning
* Set performance and development goals for team members
* Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback
* Oversee HR-related actions according to company policies
Guest Experience
* Maintain compliance with brand and service standards
* Improve guest satisfaction and hotel experience
* Build relationships with guests and collect feedback
* Collaborate with hotel teams to exceed guest expectations
* Prepare budgets, sales and marketing plans
* Analyse financial results to improve profitability
* Use technology and distribution channels to maximize revenue
* Support asset management and hotel performance
Responsible Business
* Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
* Represent the hotel in the local community
* Support environmentally conscious initiatives
* Encourage team involvement in community activities
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent
* 5 to 10 years of hotel management experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Additional languages are a plus
* Organized and business-oriented
