Division: Group Business Solutions (GBS)
We are looking for a motivated Senior Test Analyst to join the GBS Settlement Tribe, where you will lead integration testing across business, functional, non-functional, and technical domains. You’ll be part of a dynamic and diverse team spread across Belgium, France, Poland, and India.
Your Role
As a Senior Test Analyst, you will:
1. Analyze test requirements and design corresponding test deliverables (., environment setup, test scenarios, scripts, tools) within the Settlement functional domain.
2. Understand and challenge the proposed Test Strategy and Approach; suggest alternatives where appropriate.
3. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the functional and/or technical domain under test.
4. Design test cases based on project documentation (business requirements, functional and technical specifications).
5. Conduct peer reviews (including outsourced deliverables) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and suitability.
6. Execute test cases and analyze results to identify issues and ensure quality.
7. Collaborate closely with squad members (Business Analysts, Designers, Developers, and GTS teams) to resolve issues.
8. Accurately report testing progress and outcomes.
9. Participate in pre-production and production activities, including go-live and post-launch support.
10. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
11. Coach and mentor less experienced testers.
12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices.
13. Actively engage in the Euroclear testing community.
Your Profile
Education & Experience:
14. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
15. Strong knowledge of Mainframe with proven build experience, along with familiarity in other large, multi-platform IT environments (., Tandem, distributed systems)
16. Experience in integration testing within complex, multi-platform environments
17. Prior exposure to testing tools and frameworks is beneficial.
18. Experience in the financial industry, particularly in Settlement, is a strong advantage.
