Job Description:
As a Business Partner, you will be the cornerstone internally for all employees, unions, and stakeholders. Your role involves managing the employee lifecycle, developing strategic learning & development programs, and overseeing soft HR topics with a more tactical approach. You will work closely with the HR Director to provide expert advice and support on various projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
* Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or social law
* Bilingual in Dutch, professional in English, and good level of French
* Team player with strong communication skills, diplomatic approach, and strategic thinking
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement
- Develop and implement strategic learning & development programs
- Oversee soft HR topics with a more tactical approach
- Provide expert advice and support on various projects
- Work closely with the HR Director and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
