Job Description:
* You coordinate, write and take care of the final editing of inspiring and attractive internal publications for various channels: intranet, newsletter, online magazine, digital screens, Our TV, etc.
* You develop and implement various internal communication campaigns (for internal events, safety campaigns, change processes, etc.).
* You will create short internal videos, take photos during small-scale events
* You take care of community management with the internal employees via the intranet
* You act as a point of contact for all kinds of internal questions regarding communication and manage the internal mailbox
* You will help prepare internal online events
Additional requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in one of the following domains:
* Internal communication, copywriting, employer branding, marketing campagnas, storytelling, …
* You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, and a very good knowledge of French.
* You have a degree in Communication
* You have knowledge of digital tools
* You have experience with simple audiovisual resources (production and editing of short interviews) and layout tools (Suite Adobe, Canva, ...).
* You have a smooth pen and a strong visual eye. Talent for video and photo is a plus.
* You are creative and make every effort to create and develop attractive and enthusiastic communication
* You have a good team spirit and can also work independently and take initiative
* You are flexible, accurate and stress-resistant
* You show interest in the energy sector
* You are in possession of a driver's license
