We are looking for an experienced Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) Consultant with 5–7 years of experience, ideally in a consulting environment. You will play a key role in designing, implementing and optimising end ‑ to ‑ end D365 SCM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, project managers and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable, value ‑ driven solutions. Your impact As a Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant, you will make a tangible impact by contributing to high‑quality, end‑to‑end supply chain transformations. You will: Lead and contribute to the functional design, configuration and implementation of D365 Supply Chain Management modules, including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production, Master Planning and Logistics. Analyse business processes and requirements, identify gaps, and translate them into clear functional designs, user stories and solution blueprints. Lead and facilitate workshops with key users and stakeholders, including fit‑gap analyses, process design, validation and training sessions. Advise clients on best practices and standard D365 functionality, ensuring minimal customisation and future‑proof solutions. Work closely with technical consultants and developers to ensure accurate implementation of functional requirements. Support testing activities (SIT, UAT), including test scenario definition, execution support and issue resolution. Provide end‑user training, documentation and change support to ensure successful adoption. Act as a trusted advisor, contributing to continuous improvement, roadmap definition and optimisation initiatives. Support pre‑sales activities where required, including solution demos, estimations and proposal input. Additional leadership responsibilities Depending on your experience and ambition, you may also: Represent the Belgian Microsoft practice at EMEA level, strengthening the relationship with PwC EMEA and Microsoft stakeholders. Lead nearshore/offshore teams, ensuring consistent quality, efficient delivery and a “one team” collaboration model. Contribute to building the practice’s adoption capability, including guidance on AI-enabled initiatives relevant to the Microsoft ecosystem. Help grow the team in capabilities, expertise and market position, and contribute to shaping propositions, go-to-market focus and positioning. What we will expect from you You bring solid experience and enjoy combining functional expertise with collaboration and impact. You: Have 5–7 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (or AX 2012 / Dynamics AX). Bring strong functional knowledge in one or more SCM domains, such as procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, planning or logistics. Have experience in a consulting environment, which is a strong asset. Are comfortable leading workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders. Have worked on end‑to‑end ERP implementations, from analysis through go‑live and post‑go‑live support. Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or a related field. Have Microsoft D365 certifications, or are motivated to obtain them. Communicate clearly and confidently, with strong stakeholder management skills. Enjoy analysing challenges and solving problems, translating complex business needs into clear functional solutions. Are a team player who can also work independently, take ownership and drive results. Feel at ease facilitating workshops and guiding discussions. Work in a structured, quality‑driven way, with attention to detail. Are fluent in English ; additional languages are a plus.
