For a leading organization in the financial sector, I am currently looking for an experienced Change & Release Manager to strengthen their IT operations.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating change and release activities across the IT landscape, ensuring that all changes are implemented in a controlled, structured, and risk-aware manner, with minimal disruption to business operations.
Key responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end change management process (RFCs, approvals, follow-up)
Organize and lead Change Advisory Boards (CAB)
Plan and coordinate releases and deployments across multiple teams
Perform risk and impact assessments on changes
Ensure compliance with processes and maintain proper documentation
Collaborate closely with development, testing, and operations teams
Drive continuous improvement of change & release processes
Monitor KPIs, incidents, and success rates of changes/releases
Profile
Proven experience in Change, Release, xphnsxz or Service Management
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, ...)
Familiarity with Agile and/or DevOps environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
