Job Description
As the Business Manager, Dermatology, you will take full leadership of the therapeutic dermatology business across Hong Kong and Macau, owning commercial strategy, P&L performance, sales execution and marketing direction. This role includes leading a team of eight- comprising sales representatives across Hong Kong and Macau as well as a dedicated marketing function- ensuring strong capability development, cohesive teamwork and delivery against business objectives.
You will oversee product launches, lifecycle planning, brand performance and market access initiatives, while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards. Collaborating closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will drive operational excellence and strengthen the company's positioning as a trusted partner within the dermatology ecosystem. A key focus is fostering long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions and public-sector stakeholders to enhance patient access and elevate execution across both markets.
The Successful Applicant
You bring at least 5 years of progressive experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or dermatology, with a proven track record in commercial leadership and P&L ownership. You have strong expertise across sales, marketing and business development, and are comfortable influencing senior decision‑makers in matrix or regional environments. A strong understanding of the healthcare, regulatory and reimbursement landscape is essential. A Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business or Healthcare Management is preferred, and experience in biologics or specialty care is a notable advantage.
