We are currently looking for an Agile Product Owner to support one of our clients in delivering high-value digital products in an Agile environment.
Mission Context
As an Agile Product Owner, you will represent both stakeholders and end-users, ensuring that their expectations are clearly translated into product requirements.
You will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the Product Backlog while ensuring alignment between business needs and development teams.
Working closely with the Scrum Master and Development Team, you will play a key role in delivering consistent and high-quality increments at each sprint.
Function Description
Product Vision & Strategy
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders and development teams
• Maintain a consistent and valuable product vision throughout the project lifecycle
Backlog Management & Prioritization
• Build, manage, and prioritize the Product Backlog
• Define iteration planning and priorities to ensure value delivery
• Continuously refine and adjust backlog items based on business needs
• Ensure the Development Team fully understands requirements
Agile Delivery & Collaboration
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.)
• Monitor sprint progress and adjust priorities when needed
• Act as the decision-maker on product functionalities
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and alignment with business expectations
Agile Mindset
• Positive attitude and pragmatic approach
• Continuous learning and knowledge sharing mindset
• Strong team-oriented approach with focus on collective success
• Ability to adapt based on feedback and drive continuous improvement

Language Requirements

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst in Agile environments
Technical & Business Skills
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies
• Experience in project and budget management
• Ability to manage product lifecycle from ideation to delivery
