About the RoleSANDT is looking for experienced Solution Architect to design and guide the implementation of complex, cloud-native IT solutions in a complex and regulated environment.You will define the end-to-end solution architecture, align integration approaches across systems, and embed security principles from the start. You'll work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation.
ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end solution architecture from business requirements through implementation and operational readinessTranslate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient solution designsDefine and document architectural decisions, trade-offs, and integration strategiesDesign integration approaches across systems (APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware, microservices)Ensure security-by-design principles across authentication, authorization, encryption, data protection, and complianceAlign solutions with enterprise architecture standards, cloud governance, and regulatory constraintsGuide package integration and migration strategies (e.g., SAP, enterprise platforms)Support DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code standardsProvide technical leadership and architectural guidance to delivery teams and stakeholdersContribute to architecture reviews, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes
Professional ExperienceProven experience designing enterprise-grade solutions in regulated or complex environmentsExperience working across multiple teams, domains, and senior stakeholdersStrong background in enterprise integration and distributed systemsExperience aligning solution architecture with governance and compliance requirementsMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
Technical RequirementsAzure (e.g., Functions, App Service, AKS, Azure SQL)Integration patterns/tools (API Management, Service Bus, REST, microservices)Java ecosystem (e.g., Spring Boot) and code-quality assessmentDevOps, IaC, TDD, Agile/ScrumSecurity-by-design (authn/authz, encryption)Nice to have: SAP S/4HANA, SharePoint Framework, Sparx Enterprise Architect
