Mission
As a
Yield & Revenue Management Expert
, you are responsible for maximizing the value generated by existing and future capacities by combining
advanced analytics, strategic vision, and a consulting mindset
. You play a direct role in pricing, investment, and business prioritization decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Yield & Revenue Management
* Define and drive yield management strategies to optimize revenue, margins, and overall asset profitability.
* Analyze pricing levers, product mix, and customer segmentation to maximize value per channel.
* Identify margin optimization opportunities through data-driven and ROI-oriented approaches.
Strategic Thinking & Decision Support
* Contribute to the long-term strategy related to capacity, pricing, and resource allocation.
* Assess investment scenarios (business cases, trade-offs, prioritization) and provide clear recommendations to management.
* Integrate demand forecasting, price elasticity, and customer behavior insights into strategic decisions.
Internal Consulting & Advisory
* Act as an internal consultant for commercial, finance, and operations teams.
* Challenge existing practices and propose innovative performance management models.
* Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable business recommendations for decision-makers.
Advanced Analytics & Performance Steering
* Design and leverage analytical models to measure the true contribution of channels, products, and capacities.
* Define and monitor value-oriented KPIs (revenue, margin, yield, ROI).
* Produce strategic analyses and decision-support materials for senior management.
Stakeholder Management
* Work closely with commercial, finance, operations, and leadership teams.
* Facilitate alignment between business objectives, operational constraints, and strategic ambitions.
* Act as a subject-matter expert on yield, pricing, and profitability topics.
Profile
* Master's degree in economics, finance, business analytics, data science, engineering, or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of experience in yield management, revenue management, strategy, consulting, or highly business-exposed analytical roles.
* Strong strategic thinking and ability to structure complex business problems.
* Proven experience in internal or external consulting (strategy, performance, pricing, transformation).
* Excellent command of financial analysis, profitability models, and business case development.
* Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
* Ability to influence, challenge, and advise senior stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills, strong synthesis capability, and impact-driven mindset.
