A growing healthcare company with a strong presence in the wound care space is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join its commercial team in West Flanders, Belgium. This field-based position is ideal for someone with a clinical background and a commercial mindset, ready to take ownership of a defined region and drive product adoption across hospitals, care homes, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow sales within the West Flanders territory
* Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to territory planning
* Deliver product training and presentations to clinical stakeholders
* Represent the brand at industry events and maintain CRM data accurately
Requirements:
* Clinical or paramedical background (nursing or similar)
* Previous sales experience in a medical or pharmaceutical setting
* Fluent Dutch speaker with good English skills
* Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
* Valid driver's license and open to field travel
