What You Will Achieve With Us
As D&I Manager, you will lead the design and embedding of Brussels Airport Company’s company‑wide culture & inclusion strategy. Working closely with HR, leadership, and key business teams, you will ensure that an inclusive mindset and inclusive behaviours become part of daily decision making, collaboration, and ways of working. You will translate our cultural ambitions into practical frameworks, tools, and initiatives that have a visible impact across the organisation.
* Assess the current organizational culture and D&I landscape: evaluate our culture and D&I context by analysing data and employee insights to identify strengths, risks, and priority areas for improvement
* Develop and drive a company‑wide culture strategy with D&I at its core: translate our values and ambitions into a clear, measurable strategy where diversity and inclusion are central
* Translate culture and D&I ambitions into actionable plans: develop and coordinate initiatives that strengthen inclusive mindsets, collaboration, and values‑driven behaviours within teams and departments
* Embed a strong, values‑driven culture across the organization: foster a work environment where colleagues feel valued, respected, and engaged, and help integrate inclusive behaviours into leadership and daily collaboration
* Align and accelerate culture and D&I initiatives across departments: collaborate with HR, leaders, and teams to streamline initiatives and ensure a consistent approach
* Track progress, measure impact, and report: define KPIs, monitor initiative outcomes, and report to management to support impact assessment and further development
* Ensure compliance and integrate inclusive practices into processes: guarantee adherence to Belgian and European non‑discrimination regulations and embed inclusive principles in HR processes
What Sets You Apart
* Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or equivalent experience
* At least 15 years of experience in HR, organisational development, culture transformation, or Diversity & Inclusion
* Experience in developing and implementing company‑wide culture or D&I strategies
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data, employee insights, and KPI tracking
* A skilled influencer and change driver, able to connect and engage stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent communication skills and experience guiding leaders and teams
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
