Responsibilities Support the analysis and mapping of finance and related business processes at client organizations and assist in gathering business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Configure and implement Dynamics365 Finance functionality to support client processes, controls, and reporting needs.
Contribute to the implementation lifecycle including configuration, testing, and deployment activities, working closely with both onshore and offshore team members.
Support solution quality by following agreed standards, implementation methodologies, and best practices.
Provide functional support to end users, including assisting with training sessions, preparing documentation, and supporting issue resolution during and after go‑live.
Participate in projects across different clients and industries, gaining exposure to a variety of finance processes and business environments.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary project team alongside project managers, solution architects, functional consultants, and developers, while communicating closely with client key users.
Support presales activities when needed by contributing finance‑related input to proposals, demonstrations, or solution assessments.
